This plug and play memory module ensures that your VW Golf 8.5 (2024+) settings are always preserved, providing a seamless driving experience every time you start your vehicle. With one purchase and one device, you will get memory for (almost) everything. 

Key features:

• Drive Mode Memory: Retain your last set drive mode, a unique feature that sets our module apart globally.
  
• Start-Stop Memory: Ensure the start-stop system stays off (even when switching to Eco mode). Our module automatically disables it for you.
• Intelligent Speed Assistant (ISA) memory: Retain your previously set Intelligent Speed Assistant state, if it was disabled through the infotainment screen.
  
• Lane Assist Memory: Retain your previously set lane assist state, if it was disabled through infotainment screen.
  
• Front Assist Memory: Retain your previously set front assist state, if it was disabled through infotainment screen.
• Service mode: Easily disable the memory module when necessary by tapping any drive mode 9 times. It will behave like it is not installed. The menu will flash once to confirm the module is off. To re-enable, tap any drive mode 9 times again. The menu will flash twice, confirming the module is on again. This feature is available for cars with selectable drive modes.

Smart Memory Management

Our module keeps the memory only when adjustments are made through the infotainment touch screen. Changes made using the steering wheel controls are ignored, allowing for one-time activations of lane-assist or front-assist, without changing the last set memory. This setting can be customized upon request to apply memory universally across both infotainment and steering wheel controls.

No software modification needed

The module connects directly to the onboard network and operates only while plugged in, eliminating the need for any ECU flashing or coding. It avoids the associated risks and remains undetectable by standard diagnostic tools, even retrospectively.

Quality Wiring Harness

Our wiring harness plugs directly into the car gateway, functioning as both a splitter and an extension. It is crucial to use a high-quality harness for this purpose. Built from OEM components, our harness features TE Connectivity terminals and Delphi connector housings, just like original VW harness. All CAN bus lines are routed as twisted pairs, and every line has the same cross-sectional area as the original one. This ensures consistent, dependable performance, maintaining the integrity of your vehicle’s factory-installed wiring.

Easy installation

Installing our module is incredibly straightforward

1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Unplug the connector on the car gateway (located in the footwell area under the dashboard).
   
3. Plug in the custom wiring harness with the module.
   
4. Reconnect the battery.

And that's pretty much it! You don't need any special tools.

Important Note: This device is for off-road use only. It is not road-legal and cannot be used on public roads.

Compatibility: Our module is compatible with all versions of VW Golf 8.5 (facelift) built from 2024. Even mild hybrid versions are supported. Plug-in hybrid is supported only partially (no start-stop memory). The plug and play wiring harness can only be installed in cars equipped with DSG transmissions. Installation in manual transmission cars is complicated by the presence of a clutch pedal.
